Meet Aliyrah. Your Free Business Self-Audit Guide

See what’s really happening inside your business. Find out exactly where your time and energy are going and leave with clear, practical steps to address it.

I built Aliyrah to help you stop for a moment and take stock.

Running a business can feel like a constant cycle of doing more and never pausing to check what’s really working.

This isn’t about pushing or quick fixes. It’s about simplicity, small shifts, and giving yourself permission to work in a way that supports your life.

“Aliyrah helped me see that 40% of my week was lost to admin. Within one week, I had researched and outsourced my bookkeeping, saving five hours in the first month. I also started to document repetitive client onboarding steps in preparation for onboarding my first part time team member.” - Hayley, business owner

How it works

1. Start the chat where Aliyrah greets you by name and asks you one question at a time so you can slow down, think clearly, and answer without overwhelm.

2. Reflect and respond by sharing what’s true for you; you can skip anything that doesn’t fit. This is important so that Aliyrah can build an accurate picture of where your time and energy are really going.

3. Receive your action plan where you’ll leave with at least three clear, practical steps you can implement right away so you leave knowing exactly what to focus on next to reclaim time and create more breathing room.

    What you’ll walk away with
    (in under 15 minutes)

In under fifteen minutes, you’ll have:

    • A clear picture of where your time is actually going rather than where you think it is.

    • A list of the tasks that are costing you hours without moving the business forward.

    • Visibility on where your systems and boundaries have gaps, and what’s falling through them.

    • At least three specific next steps you can act on right away.

Those steps might include hiring a bookkeeper to reclaim five hours a month, setting a clear rule for when subcontractors can and can’t interrupt your day, or blocking one morning a week that belongs entirely to you.

Not vague intentions. Actual moves that change how the week runs.

A Little Story Behind the Name

Aliyrah is named after my niece because she’s curious and endlessly fun.

Just like her, this audit asks thoughtful questions, digs beneath the surface, and keeps things playful while getting to the heart of what matters.
